Every luxury item offered for sale must meet The Pink Parasol's authentication standards before becoming part of our collection. We believe shopping pre-owned luxury should come with confidence, whether you're purchasing your first designer piece or adding another icon to your collection.
Our Authentication Process
Every piece begins with a careful review before becoming part of The Pink Parasol collection.
Existing Authentication Documentation
Some items arrive with authentication documentation from established luxury resale suppliers, including authentication cards issued by The Brand Collector. We review this documentation as part of our evaluation process.
When existing authentication documentation meets our standards and is consistent with our evaluation of the item, additional authentication may not be necessary.
Independent Authentication
For items that do not arrive with acceptable authentication documentation, or when additional verification is warranted, we use professional third-party authentication services, including LegitApp.
We may also use additional authentication providers depending on the brand, item, and circumstances.
Transparency With Every Purchase
Because our collection comes from different sources, authentication methods and accompanying documentation may vary by item.
We are happy to answer questions about the authentication process used for a particular piece and clarify what documentation, if any, accompanies its purchase.

An item will not be offered for sale by The Pink Parasol unless it has satisfied our authentication requirements.
