AUTHENTICATION

The Pink Parasol is committed to offering authentic luxury goods. Items represented as authenticated are evaluated in accordance with our authentication procedures and may be independently authenticated or verified by a third-party authentication provider.

We do not rely solely upon authenticity cards, receipts, certificates or other documentation supplied by a seller or consignor when determining authenticity.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Pink Parasol reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until The Pink Parasol confirms acceptance. We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted.

If we decline, modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.

Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
